1. Agreement and eligibility

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 8Examples Inc. and its directors, officers, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, loss of profit, revenue, opportunity, goodwill, data, or business interruption arising from the site. Our aggregate liability relating to free site use will not exceed CAD $100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by Alberta law and applicable Canadian federal law. Courts located in Calgary, Alberta have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer right to bring a proceeding elsewhere.
